We want you to be completely satisfied with your Scholl footwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
